Kfit Workout of the Day 1-21-13

Spartacus workout by Mens Health

10 exercises in a circuit. Each station lasts 60sec, you do as many reps in that time as you can. Allow 15 sec between stations and 2 min between circuits. Compleat 3 circuits.

Goblet squat
Mountain climbers
Single arm kbell swing
T pushup
Split jump
Dbell row
Side lung touch
Push up position row
Dbell lunge rotation
Dbell squat/push press
