Kfit Workout of the Day. 1-11-13

Warm up: Active strech, 400m run
Strength: DeadLift 5x5
Stamina: Barbell Calf raise 3x15 / Toe Jumps 3x30, Back Ext / Dumbbell Rows 3x10, One legged DB DeadLift 3x10 / weighted tip-toe walk 3x100m, Static Pull-ups 3xF
Core: Circuit Plank 3x1min, Side Plank 3x1min (each side), Dying Cock Roach 3x1min, Bicycles 3x1min, Last set: 30 crunches 
Cardio: 4 mile weighted run
