What happens when you reach your goal?

I realized that all my articles are on how to get to your goal. Lifting tips, diet tips, health tips and everything in between but what happens when you get to your goal? Do you get to go back to old habits? Not exercise? Or do you have to keep on a strict diet and exercise routine?

You do not have to be on the strict routine that got you to your goal. You can be a little more "normal". But you still need to be sensible, make sure to do all things in moderation. Stay in a health routine, exercise consistently eat smart and you should be good.

The good thing is your strict routine has probably helped you create a health lifestyle so it will be easier to make healthy choices and you will think twice before you go for the not so healthy choices.
