Do I really need a gym to build muscle?

No! You can build lean muscle using just your own body weight. Between body weight workouts, plyometrics, and track workouts you can get a hardcore workout in that will kick your body into shape.

The are hundreds of variations that will keep things fresh and your body guessing. The link below just touches on the basics but if want to go beyond that give me a call and I will take you there.
