Sleep...it's a key part of fitness

Sleep plays a huge part in building muscle, and becoming a more healthy you. If you are not getting the 7 to 9 hours you need, your fitness will suffer. You will not be able to go 100% in your workouts, you will have a higher risk of injury, you may start to lose motivation and start to feel more depressed.
