Well the first day of Summer is officially here! Of course in Memphis, it feels like it has been here for the last 2 months. This week's weather is forecasted to be in the high 90s to the mid 100s. That's HOT and I for one, do not like working out in the heat, so I avoid it at all cost.
But for those of you gung-ho hot-weather-workout-addicts who don't, here are some key tips for staying safe and keeping cool.
