Grilling: Man + Open Flame =Delicious Meals!

Its the weekend and a lot of you are spending time with family and friends. I'd guess grilling will be the main backyard event at most of the houses in America. I happen to love to grill and love to eat anything that is fixed on the grill. I'm sure it's based on my family's tradition of grilling once a week, through rain, snow, heat or floods. Every Saturday we fired up the grill and had a wonderful meal.

  3. Jasen, I am not a big believer in dietary supps for weight loss. I am old school and feel like all you need is a good diet and a workout plan. Its worked for me and my clients. With that said I have also never tried dietary supps and therefore could not say whether they work or not.
