What is more important, diet or exercise?

This is a great question. In my younger days of being a high school and college kid I could eat whatever I wanted and just burn it all of on the courts or in the gym. Now it is true that I spent every waking hour either in class at work or in the gym but I ate whatever and whenever I wanted.

I can't do that any more even if I had the time to be in the gym like I used to. So it pains me to say but diet is the number one factor to losing weight. Now adding exercise will help increase weight loss and make it easier down the road and I highly recommend it but to see the biggest changes you will need to get a nutrition plan.
