Stretching it out

One of the best things you can do before during and after your workout is stretch. Stretching will help increase blood flow to the muscles this helps them recover after a lift and also after injures. Stretching will increase your flexibility which will help improve your performance during the workout and also increase the range of motion of your joints. Stretching is also a great way to reduce the stress you put on your muscles during your workout. Try implementing stretching through out your workout and see the benefits. I have included a couple of stretches in the link below.
