Weight loss tips

Everyone needs ways to motivate themselves to lose weight or hit a fitness goal. It is what keeps us going even when everything else may tell us to go turn the game on and hit the couch.

I think the main tip I can give you is to have an end result picked out. If you don't know where you are going you are never going to get there. Any result is fine whether it is 5lbs, 15lbs, to run a 5k, a triathlon, hit 10% body fat or fit into a jean size, it just needs to be a goal.
