Pizza...did I hear cheat day?

I don't know about you guys but I love pizza. I could eat it 4 times a day 7 days a week for the rest of my life. There is just one problem with pizza...it's not overly healthy. I love the deep dish pizza from Pizza Hut and that is even worse for you. Oh and I can put away a large in less than 10 minutes...did I mention I love pizza?

But there is hope...kind of. This article from Men's Fitness helps us choose a more healthy pizza. From crust to sauce to toppings it has us covered. Sure, go ahead and indulge in the meat lovers once in a while but choose carefully if you want to stay healthy and on the road to your ideal body.
