When you can't have beef

When I decided to try and lower my body fat, I had a friend tell me I needed to stop my "all-beef" diet to lose weight and lean up. I had tried several other things but I was still struggling to reach my BMI goal so I decided to give it a try. It worked!

Now obviously, lowering your body fat percentage takes more than just lowering your beef intake, but taking it out of my diet made me think about how I could turn to leaner sources of protein. Living on turkey burgers and chicken got old pretty quickly, plus I missed the taste of beef, that is when I discovered Bison.
