Kfit Workout of the Day 8-12-13

Warmup: Active Stretching, 1min jump rope, work up to your 10RM for back squat
Strength: Back Squats, 4 sets of 10 @90% of your 10RM, superset with 30 double unders and 1min of superman banana
Stamina: 50 dumbbell squats, 100 lunges, 150 wall balls
Last Push: complete as many rounds in 10min as you can, 25 power rope jumps, 50m side lunges (25m each side), 20 explosive side stepups (10 each side)
Core: 50 situps, 50 fifer scissors, 50 oblique crunches
Cardio: 4 mile run
