Stamina: 50 one leg deadlifts (each leg), 50 box jumps, 400m farmers carry
Last Push: Tabata: Power Snatch, weighted bridge, sprints
Core: 50 situps, 50 flutter kicks, 50 tree climbers, 50 oblique crunches
Cardio: 4 mile run
