Kfit Workout of the Day 7-16-13

Warmup: Active Stretching, 400m run, work up to 10RM for back squat
Strength: Band back squat 4 sets of 8 @ 8RM superset with 20 power rope jumps and 25 situps
Stamina: 3 rounds, 10 band explosive jumps, 50m walking lunge, 20 power rope jumps
Last push: complete as many rounds as you can in 10min, 10 hang cleans, 10 jump lunges, 30sec mountain climbers
Cardio: 4 mile ruck run
