Stamina: 4 rounds, 12 incline cable press, 12 wide grip lat cable pull downs, 12 weighted wide pushups, 12 chinups
Last Push: Complete as many rounds as you can in 12 min, 15 exercise ball dumbbell press, 15 inverse rows
Cardio: 30min of stair/hill sprints
