Kfit Workout of the Day 5-6-13

Warmup: Active Stretching, 400m run, 25 air squats
Strength: Front Squat, 4 rounds of 8 but on the 4 round do 3 drop sets by dropping 10lb each time
Stamina: 3 rounds of 10 barbell lunges superset with 15 wide leg dumbbell squats
Last Push: 5 rounds as fast as you can, 400m run, 15 overhead squat
Core: 100 flutter kicks, 100 crunches, 100 weighted oblique crunches
