Kfit Workout of the Day 5-13-13

Warmup: Active Stretching, 400m run, 25 air squats
Strength: Squats, 10 rounds, complete 2 reps @ 90% 1RM every minute
Stamina: 50 squats, 50 wall balls, 400m of walking lunges
Last push: 5 rounds, 10 Turkish get ups, 20 box jumps, 200m run
Core: 50 weighted crunches, 100 standing weighted oblique crunches, 50 weighted handing knee ups
Cardio: 30min of Tabata bike
