Kfit Workout of the Day 5-10-13

Warmup: Active streching, 500m row
Strength: Deadlift 4 rounds of 8 but on the 4th round do 3 drop sets by dropping 10lbs each time
Stamina: 50 hip raise/leg curl, 50 box jumps, 400m farmer's carry
Last push: 21-15-9 power cleans, calf raises, good mornings, burpees
Core: 100 knee ups, 50 weighted oblique crunches each side, 100 flutter kicks
Cardio: 4 mile ruck run
