Warmup: Active streching, 50 pushups, work up to your 10RM for incline press
Strength: Incline press 3 sets of 10 @ 90% of your 10RM, your 4th set do 10 then drop down 10lbs do another 10 the drop down 10lbs more and finish 10 more reps.
Stamina: 4 rounds, sprint 100m, 20 pushups, sprint 100m, 15 ball slams
Last push: 3 rounds of 5 Single arm slide board push-ups on each side
Cardio: play a sport for at least an hour
