Warmup: Active streching, 500m row, 25 pushups, work up to 4RM for incline bench press
Strength: Incline Bench Press, 6 sets of 4 @ 95% of 6RM
Stamina: 50 bench press @ 135lb, 50 pullups, chest throw wall slams
Last push: 21-15-9 as fast as you can, plyo pushups, inverse row, burpees
Cardio: stair/hill sprints 30 minutes
