Kfit Workout of the Day 4-17-13

Warmup: Active streching, 500m row, 15 pullups
Strength: Wide grip barbell row 5x5, Lat pull downs 4x10, Weighted back extensions 4x12, Inverse DB flyes 3x8, Chin ups 3x10, inverse row 5x5, EZ bar incline tri ext 4x10, DB kick backs 3x10, Rope pull downs 2x21s
Core: 300 crunches200 oblique jack knives (100 each side)100 weighted mason twists
Cardio: 30min of hill/stair sprints
