Kfit Workout of the Day 4-12-13

Warmup: Active streching, 400m run, work up to 10RM deadlift
Strength: Deadlifts 4 sets of 10 @ 90% 10RM, on the 4th set finish your 10 drop down 10lbs do 10 more reps then drop down another 10lbs and finish with that 10 reps
Stamina: 50 deadlifts, 50 box jumps, 50 calf raises
Last push: Complete as many rounds as you can in 12min, 5 thrusters, 10 toes to bar, 5 burpees
Core: 10 min of planking, front and side planks
Cardio: 30min of Tabata bike
