Kfit Workout of the Day 3-8-13

Warmup: Active streching, 500m row
Strength: Close Grip Bench 5x5 superset with Rope Pulldowns 5x8, DeadLift 5x5 superset with Weighted AirSquats 5x8
Stamina: 3 rounds- Floor Press 10, 20 Weighted Calf Raises, 10 Reverse Grip Pulldowns, 10 StraightLegged DB Deadlifts 
Core: 2 rounds of  Quarters- 100 crunches, 75, crunches, 50 crunches, 25 crunches (1 min break between each set, 3 min between rounds)
Cardio: 6 rounds of Tabata sprints
