Kfit Workout of the Day 3-29-13

Warmup: Active streching, 30 squats, 20 pushups, 10 pullups
Strength: DeadLifts 5x1
Stamina: Weighted Diamond Push-ups 3x10 superset with Weighted Back Ext 3x10, Weighted Pull-ups 3x10 superset with Rope Pulldowns, One-Arm DB Rows 3x10 superset with Inverted Row 3x10, Floor Press 3x10 superset with One-Arm Tricep Pulldowns 3x10
Core: 100 oblique Jackknives, 100 weighted mason Twist, 100 side crunches
Cardio: 30min ruck run
