Kfit Workout of the Day 3-13-13

Warmup - 500m row
Partner workout for time: 400m run 100 pull-ups, 400m run 200 burpees
400m run 300 push-ups
400m run 400 air squats
Core work: 50x sit-ups, 50x side oblique, 50x mason twist, Max front plank hold
Cardio: 3 mile run

Workout was created by Griffin Ladew, assistant coach and strength and conditioning coach for the Rhodes men's basketball team.
