Strength: Squats: 10 sets of 3
Stamina: 3 rounds for time: 400m run, 20x thrusters, 20x toes to bar
Core: 100x back ext. 100x flutter kicks
Cardio: 8 50m sprints, 4 100m sprints, 1 400m sprint
