Kfit Workout of the Day 3-11-13

Warmup: 500m row, 30-20-10...jump squats, push-ups, sit-ups, work up to your 3RM squat
Strength: Squats: 10 sets of 3
Stamina: 3 rounds for time: 400m run, 20x thrusters, 20x toes to bar
Core: 100x back ext. 100x flutter kicks
Cardio: 8 50m sprints, 4 100m sprints, 1 400m sprint

Workout was created by Griffin Ladew, assistant coach and strength and conditioning coach for the Rhodes men's basketball team.
