Strength: Deadlift 4 sets of 5-5-5 (5 explosive-5 three count-5 reg)
Stamina: 50 deadlift, 50 explosive step ups, 50 plank rows
Last push: Complete as many rounds as you can in 15min, 10 power clean, 10 pullups, 400m run
Core: Do the p90x ab ripper
Cardio: 3min run
