Kfit Workout of the Day 1-9-13

Warm up: Active Stretch, 400m jog 
Strength: Squats 5x5, Military Press 5x5
Stamina: Lunge Squats w/ Dead Lifts 3x10, Lateral Raises w/ Arnold Press 3x10
Core: 3 sets- Crunches 30, Bicycles 30, Reverse crunches 10, Ball Twist 30, Oblique Crunch 15 both sides
Cardio: 4 mile run
