Kfit Workout of the Day 1-17-2013

Warmup: Active strech, 500 m row
Filthy Fifty:
50 – Box Jumps
50 – Burpees
50 – Double Unders
50 – Jumping Pull ups
50 – Deadlifts (#135)
50 – KB Swings
50 -  Walking Lunge
50 – Push Press (#55)
50 – Wall Balls
50 – Pushups
*in any order, must complete all 50 reps before moving forward.
