Kfit Workout of the Day 1-14-13

Warmup: 400 meter run, (30-20-10), Pushups, Situps, Wall Balls (#12)
Strength: 7 sets of 3 – Deadlift *up in weight each set*
Work Set: 21-15-9 (not for time), Kettle ball swings (#55), Jumping Pullups, Hip Thursters (#135)
Time: 400meter burpee to broad jump,Sprints: 3-100m, 2-200m, 1-400m
Core: 100x situps, 100x back extensions

Workout was created by Griffin Ladew, assistant coach and strength and conditioning coach for the Rhodes men's basketball team.
