What about your feet?

When was the last time you got new shoes? It may be time for a new pair as you get ready for the summer. How often you replace your shoes depends on what you're using them for.
Running shoes should be replaced every 400 to 500 miles. Regular training shoes should be replaced every 4 to 6 months.

If you are running or working out in old shoes you are more likely to get injured and are more likely to have joint pain. Do yourself a favor, get some new shoes...it may change up your whole workout.
