The warm up

How many of you warm up before your workout? How many of you stretch before, during or after your workout? I see a lot of people who just burst into the gym, hit their workout and go home. No warm up, no stretching and yet they seem to do just fine.

Can this be? Yes, you can go your whole life without stretching or warming up but it is likely you will get hurt at some point or will not have the results you would if you put a little warm up in.

Stretching and warming up the correct way actually enhances the communication between the mind and the muscles. What does this mean for you? It means you will gain more muscle and lose more fat in less time. So why not put in a 10 min warm up and see what effect it has on your workout.
