Strength Training vs Cardio

Weightlifting myths can be a trainer's worst nightmare. My female clients ask me if lifting weights is going to a)make them big and bulky or, my favorite, b)"look like a man." Guys who come to me to lose weight often question me when I put them on a strength training routine thinking its going to cause them to gain more weight than they lose.

America has made cardio the answer for everything when in reality strength training may be more of what is really going to help you out.
