Womens' workout myths

Ok ladies, this one is for you.

I have a lot of women tell me they do not want to lift weights or do any kind of muscle building exercise because they don't want to build bulk or look like a man. Let me tell you, it takes a whole lot of hard work and dedication for guys to even reach that stage. Just think how much harder it is for women to look like something out of a Muscle Mag.
